The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Town, just outside of the main Old Town Square. This means that everything is within easy walking distance, from the beautiful old streets to the historic sights. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with triple glazing that kept out any noise from outside. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a wonderful range of choices.
Noise from drunk people in the area can sometimes be heard at night.

The hotel is in the heart of the old city, right in the centre of the Old Town. The location is very close to everything but without any of the noise you might associate with a busy area. The staff is hospitable, always helpful and courteous. The breakfast was delicious and sumptuous.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, exceeding my expectations. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the key attractions.
The noise in the room at night was quite disruptive. There were some nearby pubs and the music could be heard, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

Great location in the heart of old town, with many restaurants & attractions nearby. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. The room was spacious, clean and offered incredible views. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, right in the center of town. It made it so convenient for me to explore all the major attractions and find great restaurants and pubs nearby. The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, exceeding my expectations. The extra thoughtful touches, like a complimentary bottle of water and H24 reception, made me feel like a valued guest. The breakfast was also a highlight - delicious and homemade.
There were a couple of small hiccups during my stay. Sometimes the room service was a bit slow and I had to ask for extra toilet paper, which should have been replenished without having to request it.

We stayed at Josephine Old Town Square Hotel for a short weekend trip. The receptionist Alexandra warmly welcomed us and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was clean and cosy, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Anna recommended a fantastic Czech restaurant nearby. The night receptionist Daniel provided extra pillows, and Josef gave us a list of activities for the day. Natalia from housekeeping ensured our room was spotless, and the breakfast was a great start to our day. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable!
